THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Staff Attorney/Counsel with 4-6+ years of experience. This role is a part-time hourly position that will advise and counsel sophisticated employers, respond to administrative agency charges and complaints, and handle single-plaintiff and complex litigation and other matters.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
As a Staff Attorney/Counsel in the Labor & Employment Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
YOU HAVE:- Experience working on counseling, investigations, research on North Carolina and South Carolina legal issues, responding to state and federal agency charges, and providing second chair support in state and federal court lawsuits in the Carolinas.
- 4-6+ years of experience
- North Carolina Bar required
