THE OPPORTUNITY:
As the receptionist you will interface with clients, visitors, and colleagues in a team setting and uphold the image of the Firm by maintaining positive contact with clients, attorneys and staff. You will perform general front desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, coordinating meeting room reservations, confirming daily meeting planning for internal and client meetings and social events.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
On any given day, you will interact with coworkers and clients on a variety of requests. You will:
- Greet visitors entering and leaving the office.
- Answer multi-line phone system and forward calls to appropriate individuals.
- Manage conference room schedule and assist as needed with catering orders. Confirm reservations through Event Management System.
- Assist with conference center duties, ensuring that all conference rooms are maintained and stocked, and that food and beverage setups are coordinated efficiently.
- Maintain office security by ensuring visitors have appointments with attorneys.
- Validate and process monthly parking log.
- Record incoming packages in delivery log.
- Track visitor security badges; circulate notice of visitors to office personnel.
- Assist in helping Office Administrator, Hospitality, Office Services, HR Management and other departments as needed.
- Keep reception area neat and orderly at all times.
- Coordinate office maintenance needs with building management.
- Perform daily office opening and closing duties.
- Assist with overflow projects.
YOU HAVE:
- A high school degree or related experience.
- A minimum of one year of experience working as a receptionist in an office environment. Previous law firm experience preferred.

The salary range for this role is $41,000 to $46,000 annually, which is based on a 37.5 hour work week. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Seattle. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
