Southland Arthritis is the largest Private Practice Rheumatology group in Southern California with 12 providers and 6 offices throughout Southern California.
We are looking for a full-time or part-time Rheumatologist to work at our Temecula office. We offer a partnership track or a quality of life track. The partnership track requires call and in-patient work and the Quality of life track is 100% outpatient (no-call and no in-patient work).
We are 100% Rheumatology focused and have a streamlined workflow. Your Medical Assistant will prep your charts, help with notes, set-up and assist with injections, submit prior authorizations and electronically send your lab, imaging orders and prescriptions so you have more time to spend with patients!
- We offer a competitive benefits package which includes a base salary and multiple bonuses including a signing bonus, wRVU based productivity bonus, ancillary service bonus, mid-level supervising bonus, infusion supervising bonus and a clinical trial bonus.

- University Faculty position and GME teaching opportunities/mentorship is available and provides additional income.
We block Friday clinics from 8am - 9am to participate in Rheumatology Grand Rounds with UC San Diego for CME credit!
