- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Reports to designated work location in Colorado Springs, CO up to full time, based on the needs of the customer

Salary pay range: 140k-170k.
Responsibilities
SPA has an immediate need for a highly qualified Infrastructure Team Lead who will organize, plan, and lead the work of the infrastructure teams. This role will serve as the lead for execution of BOSS provided IT Network Support resources and will be the single source of programmatic knowledge and ownership of assigned work for Network IT support provided by this contract. Will support government IT Operations organization and assist with ordering of IT hardware and software, as well as manage processes, strategies, and technologies that support a full lifecycle approach to managing all IT assets. IT Asset Management covers a wide spectrum of responsibility, including aiding with asset requests, approvals, procurement, receipt, setup, installation, repairs, changes, upgrades, moves, analysis, and disposal of assets.
Key duties associated with this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead daily operations of all IT infrastructure supporting the BGIF BOSS contract.
- Oversee configuration identification, configuration management planning, change control, configuration status accounting and configuration audits to include the original configuration of requirements documentation, design documentation, and other related documentation.
- Manage configuration change control supporting program management, systems engineers, software engineers, IT technicians, drafters, and network engineers in a concurrent engineering environment.
- Oversee maintenance and update of the existing configuration management database for all systems (hardware and software) and communications equipment (hardware and software) ensuring compliance with AFMAN 33-153.
- Ensure software licensing and other pertinent data and update the database daily to keep it accurate.
- Ensure all hardware and software is added to the inventory database prior to installation, dispose of excess hardware and software IAW AFM 33-153, and ensure the disposition is annotated in the database.
- Review communication system requirements document to ensure sufficiency, identify shortfalls and excesses, and integrate communication systems to achieve interoperability and establish continuity procedures and a reference library of pertinent policies and procedures.
- Participate in planning forums, briefings, conferences, and meetings to keep informed on internal and external resources.
