Required qualifications

• Completion of an Associate's degree in a related field
• 5-15 plus years of experience including administrative support to senior leaders
• Experience using DoD, Air Force, and/or Space Force training tools and systems
• Expertise using MS Office applications and software
• US Citizenship and possess an active DoD Secret clearance

 

Preferred qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience supporting flag-level or equivalent corporate executives

Responsibilities

This position interacts with Space Systems Command, clients and their staff on a daily basis.  The individual will provide administrative support to Space Force customers in El Segundo, CA.  You will be in the premier space acquisition organization responsible for delivering space-based capabilities and effects to our warfighters and allied partners. 

 

Key duties associated with this position include: 

  • Apply critical thinking and experience to develop solutions for our customer's most challenging issues
  • Provide calendar support to Executive Level Staff
  • Organize logistical issues to support customer meetings and travel to include providing read-ahead materials and tracking the status of action items,
  • Support customers with official travel 
  • Understand Department of Defense, Air Force, and Space Force organizations, processes, procedures, instructions, and guidance.
