Responsibilities Manage day-to-day execution of assigned NAF projects in accordance with PMO standards Maintain project schedules, deliverables trackers, POA&M logs, execution trackers, and risk registers Develop process maps and workflows using Microsoft Visio to support operational improvements Draft and maintain communications plans and stakeholder engagement materials Prepare weekly status reports and contribute to monthly executive summary dashboards Support change management activities, including impact assessments and transition planning Brief leadership and stakeholders as required on project status, risks, and milestones Qualifications An active SECRET federal security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment 3-10 Years Experience with: DoD/Army Financial Management Providing assessments and improvements of financial statement auditability Applying pertinent financial accounting standards advisory board (FASAB) policies and federal financial management systems requirements Performing financial statement audits, audit readiness, or remediation services within DoD or another Federal Government agency or department Understanding the Army Control Catalog and the Army CAP process Documenting internal controls and testing results
Qualifications
