Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a progressive HR generalist or HRBP role
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
- Experience with M&A activity from an HR perspective is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders across SPA to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Provide expert guidance and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compensation.
- Manage M&A activities from an HR perspective, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger employee relations.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues effectively, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to improve HR processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all HR matters.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
