Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
7 years of experience conducting legal research and drafting legal documents which are clear, concise, and logically constructed
Experience in preparing briefs, developing Excel spreadsheets, and coordinating meetings
Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior DARPA experience
- Detailed knowledge of DoD report formats and forms
Responsibilities
The candidate will prepare planning documentation under the National Environmental Protection Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act, and other federal environmental laws and regulations. Assisting with drafting work products supporting cyber programs. Assisting with preparing work products for space technology programs. Providing support to GC involving the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. Assist GC with providing administrative and paralegal support. Assist with editing and cite-checking drafts of legal documents and correspondence in support of GC. Assist with all phases of client's ethics program regarding matters such as financial disclosure reports, ethics inquiries, and preparing drafts of routine ethics documents.
