The SLA Analysis Group's mission is to deliver objective analyses, plans and strategies to US Navy, US Marine Corps, USAF, other DoD, and Australian Defence Force clients to support technology development, acquisition, delivery and sustainment decisions. The group provides the core of SPA thought leadership on Undersea Strategy, Software Development and Cost Estimating, with additional benchmark capabilities in AI/ML & Decision Analytics, Modeling and Simulation, and Future Force Assessments.
SPA has a need for Integrated Schedule Analysts to support AF/A10's nuclear sustainment and modernization enterprise by developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated master schedules. These roles help provide senior leaders with clear visibility into critical paths, dependencies, and schedule risks across multiple programs.
Responsibilities
- Collect schedule inputs from program offices, commands, and stakeholders and integrate them into coherent master schedules.
- Maintain and update tasks, dates, milestones, sequencing, and dependencies to ensure accurate and current schedule products.
- Support development of critical path analysis, schedule health assessments, schedule risk identification, and decision‑ready schedule views.
- Identify schedule conflicts, slips, and high‑risk dependencies and support preparation of briefings, graphics, and summaries for governance forums.
- Maintain configuration control and documentation for integrated schedules, ensuring traceability and consistency across updates.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, operations research, business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience supporting project or program scheduling using formal scheduling tools; 8+ years of experience required for senior‑level roles
- Familiarity with schedule logic, dependencies, and critical path concepts; advanced proficiency in integrated scheduling tools and schedule risk analysis for senior roles
- TS/SCI clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
- Experience supporting schedules for defense acquisition or sustainment programs, including nuclear, NC3, or other complex portfolios
- Comfort working with integrated schedules involving multiple stakeholders and governance processes
Pay Range Information

Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Virginia, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $130,000.00/Yr. - USD $160,000.00/Yr.
