The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention. SPA's Strategic Division's Strategic Development Group (SDG) supports critical U.S. government programs providing Systems Engineering support, Systems Safety support and Financial Analysis support. SPA has an immediate need for a Mid-Level Program Analyst in support of the U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) SP25 Infrastructure Branch. The analyst will play a critical role in fostering coordination supporting SSP infrastructure requirements at the Navy Nuclear Deterrence Mission (NNDM) Echelon 1 Level. This position is located at Maritime Plaza in Washington, D.C. Washington D.C. Pay Transparency Range: $100,000 - $130,000 /year. Responsibilities The Program Analyst will support the planning, coordination, and execution activities for Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) SP25 Infrastructure Branch in support of Echelon 1 Navy Nuclear Deterrence Mission (NNDM) equities. This includes coordination with personnel across commands, up to the Senior Executive Service (SES) Level, to capture and track program infrastructure requirements, build briefing materials in support of infrastructure equities, take meeting minutes and track actions, and ensure SSP equities are properly represented. The Analyst will work with collaborate teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of program objectives as well as prepare technical reports, briefings, and presentations for senior Navy and DoD leadership, as well as support financial, schedule, and technical alignment across Navy Nuclear Deterrence Commands. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Active DoD SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET strongly preferred). Must be able to work fulltime at Maritime Plaza in Washington D.C. 5+ years of experience working with OPNAV, CNIC, and/or NAVFAC requirements, policies, and procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing and conducting senior leader (Senior Executive Service (SES) Equilvalent or Higher) briefings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). Bachelor's Degree in related discipline. Desired Qualifications: Prior NNDM experience Prior SSP experience, particularly related to infrastructure (MILCON / FSRM) planning and acquisition
