Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business
- Previous military experience and experience working with echelon two military commands. Ten (10) years of experience as a technical lead and subject matter expert across multiple warfare domains
- Experience developing relevant tactical/operational scenarios to assess capabilities across multiple warfare domains
- Experience with Navy doctrine and policy for multiple warfare domains. Experience conducting fleet operations analysis/assessment to identify warfighting gaps
- Experience as Team or project leader. Excellent oral and written communications and productivity software skills
- DoD TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple warfare domains (Air, Surface, Undersea, Expeditionary, and Information Warfare). Coordinate DMO capability development efforts within USFFC and with OPNAV, TYCOMS, Fleet Commanders, Navy Warfare Development Center (NWDC), WDCs, program offices, ONR, and other capability development programs and commands. Prepare products for review and approval up to the Flag Officer/Senior Executive Service level. Prepare briefs, staffing packages and provide information to update formal tasks (in Command Tasker System (CTS) or equivalent systems) related to the advancement of DMO. Attend various capability development meetings as required to advance DMO capabilities and support customer requirements.
