Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
  • BS in a related field 
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience supporting enterprise architecture development activities such as the tasks above 
  • NRO or IC mission experience 
  • Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility 
  • Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • MS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics 
  • PfM certification(s)
  • Certifications related to functional responsibilities such as but not limited to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 
  • JIRA
  • AGILE certification(s)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings, architectures, and service adoption 
  • PfM Training


Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work as members of the Caledonia Program PfM Support team and perform the activities required for developing and implementing customer approved plans, schedules, measures, and metrics for all identified functional area processes that will be reported at quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMR).

 

  • Provide plans, schedules, metrics, and measures for PMRs and award fee determinations as requested by the customer.
  • Provide support establishing, integrating, and managing PfM processes in line with the Office, Group, Directorate, and/or Chief Information Officer (CIO) governance and governance fora.
  • Conduct resource and technology investment reviews identifying interrelationships with other enterprise processes, cost, schedule, and performance and present/recommend improvements to the customer.
  • Integrate PfM investment reviews with higher order federal budget processes, deliverables, or initiatives to address formal and ad-hoc data requirements from the customer.
  • Support, through reports, data analysis, or as needed by the customer, compliance and oversight requirements for technology, resources, or other portfolio requirements.
  • Conduct RFP development, cost estimation, execution, and coordination activities.
  • Implement and execute customer directed process improvements.
