Our Financial Management & Business Analysis Portfolio supports the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC); the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA) Financial Management and Comptroller (FM&C); the U.S. Army Financial Management Command (USAFMCOM); the Defense Health Agency (DHA); and many other DoD customers. We ensure the Army FM systems and processes are modernized and integrated to provide a complete range of financial and cost information needed for the Army to conduct business transactions, provide accountability to the public, and to support performance reporting and decision making. We provide effective functional systems support, user technical support, training support, and governance support of the Army's modernized and deployed FM domain ERP systems (GFEBS / GFEBS-SA / GCSS-A (Finance)), ensuring technological capabilities maturation and evolution aligns with Army and FM domain goals and objectives.  

We are looking for a Senior Project Support Analyst (Manpower) to join our team to support the Army's Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires' Integrated Fires Directorate (IFD). #FC #Dice


Responsibilities

  • Support workforce planning, manpower analysis, personnel coordination, and organizational management.
  • Provide leadership with accurate workforce information to support staffing decisions, organizational planning, hiring priorities, and mission requirements.
  • Maintain and analyze workforce data across government civilian, military, contractor, and matrixed personnel and support analysis of authorized, assigned, vacant, emerging, and mission-required workforce requirements.
  • Coordinate with functional leads, PAE Fires leadership, human resources, manpower organizations, contracting personnel, and program/project offices to identify workforce gaps and develop staffing solutions.
  • Support hiring actions, requisitions, candidate tracking, personnel movements, onboarding, organizational changes, workforce data calls, and recurring manpower reporting.
  • Develop workforce dashboards, briefing materials, status reports, and decision-support products for leadership.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Possess an active DoD SECRET clearance 
  • 10+ years of experience and a Master's degree OR 18+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in workforce planning, manpower, personnel management, organizational management, program support, or related activities
  • Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting workforce or organizational data
  • Ability to coordinate staffing actions and workforce requirements across multiple organizations
  • Ability to develop clear and concise workforce reports, dashboards, briefings, and decision-support products
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in the Huntsville, Alabama area and support the IFD mission in person five days per week, eight hours per day. Telework is by exception based on mission requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Army manpower, workforce planning, TDA, organizational design, or personnel management activities
  • Experience supporting government and contractor workforce analysis
  • Experience tracking hiring actions, requisitions, candidates, onboarding, personnel movements, and vacancies
  • Experience developing workforce dashboards or data products using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar tools
  • Experience supporting Army or DoD headquarters, acquisition, or program organizations
  • Familiarity with Army workforce and manpower systems and processes
  • Experience coordinating complex workforce data calls and translating data into leadership decision-support information
  • Strong ability to work across functional areas and organizational boundaries
