Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Technical Writing experience within the DoD and/or IC community
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Experience in technical editing (e.g., proofreading, copy editing)
- Experience developing and writing technical documentation (e.g., test plans and reports, and briefing materials)
- Active Secret Clearance, with eligibility for a Top Secret SCI

Responsibilities
Reviews, plans, and evaluates network communications systems. Provides documentation/project tracking and management reporting. Provides tactical and strategic input on overall network communications planning and related projects. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
