Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of professional experience with 4+ years supporting Defense programs
- Familiarity with common elements of project management such as cost, schedule, and performance
- Familiarity with project lifecycle stages (technology maturation and risk reduction, engineering design, manufacturing and construction, testing and commissioning, operations and sustainment)
- Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
- Active Secret clearance
Desired:
- 15 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working with DoD Test and Evaluation, test ranges, ground testing, hypersonic wind tunnels, or other test infrastructure
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Active Top Secret clearance
Responsibilities
The DoD Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) plays a critical role in support of the warfighter. It is responsible for DoD Test and Evaluation (T&E) facilities and resources, ensuring Defense has the infrastructure required to research, develop, field, and maintain military systems. This position supports a program management team for TRMC's hypersonics portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for program analysis to help modernize hypersonics test infrastructure. Responsibilities will include developing program plans, monitoring technical performance, conducting risk management, reviewing contract deliverables, and contributing to knowledge management. The candidate will support a talented team of engineers and project managers to help achieve program success.
