Location: Methuen, MA. Adolescent Male Program "Bright Futures". Funded by the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services, Bright Futures is a youth-centered, family-focused residential substance abuse treatment program adolescent males. Utilizing a strengths-based, trauma-informed, individualized approach, Bright Futures teaches youth the skills necessary to maintain drug-free, pro-social lifestyles.Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours. Awake overnight shift. Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 pm-7:00 am
Pay rate: $19.00-$21.00/hour

- Demonstrated qualities that evidence maturity, effective communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ensuring residents are provided with a safe and secure environment by following the policies and procedures of the program and demonstrating a positive, responsible, and respectful presence on the unit.
