Location: Spectrum's Home Office. Currently based out of Worcester, MA, relocating to Westborough, MA late 2024. 

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday. 

Pay Rate: $23.00-$26.00/hour

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree preferred. High School diploma/GED required.
•    Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills.
•    Minimum of 1 year experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role 
•    Many functions of the Training Coordinator will involve the use of technology. Prior knowledge or the ability to initiate independent learning of internet platforms such as Microsoft and Zoom required.
•    Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems.
•    Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.

The Training Coordinator:

•    Identifies training needs and maps out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs that support staff both outsourced and in-house
•    Works with program leadership to support the implementation of continuous comprehensive staff development and training plans in accordance with regulatory bodies of the organization.
•    Supports the administrative process for training delivery utilizing multiple internet platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Relias.
•    Participates in the coordination of the Spectrum Educational Institute training planning.
•    Manages the reporting and application processes for continuing education accreditors.
•    Markets training opportunities both to internal staff and external training offerings
•    Supports and monitors external training contracts for the organization including accounts receivable tracking.
•    Represents the organization in external training and events.
•    Performs other related duties as assigned.
