We're looking for a dependable, energetic Custodian who is enthusiastic about maintaining a clean and safe workplace. In this role, your high standards and attention to detail will directly contribute to a positive, productive environment for our team.

Our Custodian works 1st shift, 7am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime required. 

As a key member of our Maintenance team, you will:

• Keep restrooms spotless and fully stocked

• Maintain clean, inviting breakrooms for employees

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and care for office areas

• Remove trash from production and office spaces

• Perform light painting and touch-up work

• Take care of basic landscaping—pulling weeds, light yard work, snow removal, salting walkways, etc.

• Work with others to maintain a safe, orderly environment

• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards

• Ability to work independently once trained

• Previous janitorial experience (manufacturing experience is a plus)

• Basic computer literacy

• Willingness to become certified on company forklift/scissor lift equipment

• A team-oriented attitude and reliable work ethic

• Regular attendance and satisfactory performance of the above listed duties is also essential to this position. 

This role requires standing/walking for the majority of the shift and lifting/moving up to 35-50 lbs regularly.
