Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position will be responsible for performing repairs on products as needed. Work with Engineering and Quality to update appropriate documentation. Perform minor machine set-ups, general maintenance, and area housekeeping. This position will require decisions determining the quality of the products and services being offered. Physical effort requirements consist of regular lifting, pushing and pulling material.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repair all units that have failed at the test stand.
- Update new material specifications, work instructions and processes.
- Assist in training operators on how to prevent unit failures during initial assembly.
- Participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being an owner of the company.
- Required to follow safety standards. Required to wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
- Work attendance must be exemplary.
------ We work Monday thru Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm with potential overtime on Fridays 6:00am-2:00pm ------
