Join our high-performing Transfer Agency Operations team at SS&C as a Registration AML/CTF Manager, Officer.We deliver world-class fund administration services that meet client, contractual, and regulatory requirements — driven by excellence, innovation, and integrity.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with 5+ years' Fund AML/CFT experience to lead and develop a team responsible for the creation and maintenance of investor records and AML oversight within our Transfer Agency business.

Leadership & Client Partnership
Lead, direct, and manage the Registration AML team, driving high performance and accountability.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and escalation point.
Ensure all procedures, policies, and controls deliver a consistent, high-quality service.
Make sound operational decisions that balance client outcomes with risk management.
AML/CTF Oversight
Manage the maintenance of complete AML/KYC records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee AML/KYC evaluation for all investor types and ensure timely resolution of exceptions.
Produce regular management reports on AML compliance and key risk indicators.
Ensure the AML control framework is robust, with clear escalation processes to the MLRO.
Operational & Resource Management
Ensure the team and technology are properly resourced and aligned to business objectives.
Oversee recruitment, development, and training in line with the Transfer Agency Training Plan.
Champion change management and process improvement to enhance client and business outcomes.
Lead local initiatives supporting operational excellence and risk reduction.
Risk, Regulatory & Compliance
Maintain oversight of internal control frameworks to ensure adherence to CASS, AML, and regulatory standards.
Monitor and report risks, ensuring that departmental risk registers remain accurate and up to date.
Proactively manage compliance with Client Asset, Data Protection, and Financial Crime regulations.
Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure all findings and audit points are promptly resolved.
Communication & Change Management
Provide regular feedback and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Drive communication and collaboration across operations, client teams, and leadership.
Create an environment that embraces innovation, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Fund AML/CTF or Transfer Agency, with 3+ years in management.
Strong understanding of the funds industry, Transfer Agency operations, AML/KYC processes, and regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent knowledge of AML regulations, and general awareness of CASS and related regulatory standards.
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset.
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ACAMS, ICA Diploma, or equivalent) are an advantage.
