Job Title: Associate Manager, Regulatory Compliance

The Associate Manager, Regulatory Compliance at SS&C GIDS, Inc. will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's compliance program, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies within the financial services industry.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Assist in the interpretation and application of regulatory requirements relevant to SS&C GIDS's business operations.
- Conduct research and analysis on new and evolving regulations, providing summaries and recommendations to management.
- Support the development and revision of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Participate in compliance monitoring activities, including reviews of transactions, communications, and operational processes.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and reports.
- Support internal and external audits and examinations, providing requested documentation and explanations.
- Help facilitate compliance training programs for employees.
- Investigate and respond to compliance-related inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., Legal, Operations, Risk) to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance records.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of relevant financial regulations (e.g., SEC, FINRA, AML, GDPR, data privacy).
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Blue Sky knowledge or experience a plus.

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between 65,092.23 USD to 122,913.55 USD.
