What You Will Get To Do:
The Business Readiness and Enablement Lead is a key driver of successful change within the Transfer Agency (TA) function, ensuring teams are fully prepared for business transformations, system migrations, and process changes. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective change management strategies that enable smooth adoption, maintain service continuity, and equip teams for future-state operations. The position leads change initiatives to minimise disruption and ensure seamless transitions into business operations, coordinates stakeholder engagement to build understanding, alignment, and support for upcoming changes, and ensures operational readiness so that new processes, systems, and workflows are integrated effectively into day-to-day operations. It also fosters clear communication and builds capability across TA teams, supporting confident adaptation to change while maintaining high service standards.
Drive the Transfer Agency change agenda, leading operational readiness and enablement strategies to ensure successful delivery of business transformations, system migrations, and process changes.
Assess readiness across business units, identify gaps, and implement targeted strategies to align people, processes, systems, and controls with organisational objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive readiness and enablement plans, including detailed timelines, checklists, and risk mitigation strategies, to prevent service disruption and ensure seamless transitions.
Act as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, operational units, and external stakeholders, facilitating alignment, engagement, and clear communication throughout the change process.
Conduct impact assessments with Client and Business Integration teams to identify process changes, resource requirements, and training needs, ensuring changes are adopted effectively.
Collaborate with process owners to implement revised workflows, SOPs, and operational procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Partner with risk teams to identify potential operational and service risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to safeguard service continuity.
Lead the creation, delivery, and ongoing support of training and enablement materials to ensure staff competency, knowledge retention, and confident adoption of new processes and systems.
Monitor business readiness progress, analyse performance against KPIs, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
Conduct post-implementation reviews, document lessons learned and continuously refine change strategies to improve operational efficiency and sustain improvements.
Foster a culture of proactive change adoption, driving stakeholder engagement, promoting collaboration across onshore and offshore teams, and maintaining high standards of client service throughout all change initiatives.
What You Will Bring:
Proven experience in business readiness, change management, and organisational transformation, including system migrations and process improvements.
Strong understanding of Transfer Agency operations, fund administration, and regulatory requirements within financial services.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives using project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and training skills, with experience driving adoption and alignment across teams.
Over 10 years' experience in Transfer Agency operations, fund administration, or financial services, with 5+ years leading business readiness and change enablement initiatives.
5+ years' experience in project delivery, program coordination, or operational transformation initiatives.
