Job Description

Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools. Leader with broad operational or functional responsibilities who participates with other senior leaders or executives to establish and ensure the achievement of strategic plans and objectives. Demonstrates in-depth company knowledge, specialized skills, and influence to solve critical and complex issues. Participates in the development and administration of broad-scope programs and projects that have significant impact on operational or functional success. Minimally requires a Master's degree and 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience, or high school degree and 12 years of related experience.
