Job Description
SS&C Technologies seek an experienced ETF expert to join our team and support the design, development and business readiness for a new ETF creation and redemption platform & authorized participant servicing desk within Europe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ETF ecosystem, operational mechanics and market dynamics. The role will report to the Director of Regulated Fund Operations, EMEA.

Department Overview
The Product & Solution Consulting team is part of the Global Investor and
Distribution Services (GIDS) business within SS&C. The team is responsible for devising market-
leading propositions/products and services for the global financial industry. GIDS provides
outsourced operations and technology solutions to its clients.
Responsibilities
• Platform Design and Development: Be a key contributor to the design and
development of an efficient and scalable ETF creation and redemption platform and
service desk for authorised participants.
• Business Readiness: Ensure the business is fully prepared for the launch of the new
platform, including process development, stakeholder alignment, and operational
readiness.
• Process Development: Design and oversee the implementation of efficient processes
for ETF creation/redemption, trading, settlement, and transfer agency activities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Work alongside in-house compliance experts to ensure all
ETF operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, trading,
IT) and external partners (custodians, market makers) to coordinate the launch of the
new platform.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all
operational processes and procedures.
• Training and Education: Provide training and educate internal teams on ETF
operations, best practices, and transfer agency activities.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETF operations, product design, or related field.
