Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with hands-on experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, analytical ability, and strong communication skills to design, build, and optimize AI-driven solutions for enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement solutions leveraging Generative AI and LLM-based systems
Develop and refine prompts for optimal model performance
Analyze and validate AI outputs to ensure accuracy, fairness, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business workflows
Optimize performance and cost trade-offs in LLM deployments
Contribute to enterprise-scale GenAI initiatives, including RAG architectures and document processing use cases
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years working with Generative AI / LLM-based systems
1–3 years prompt engineering experience
Strong written English for crafting precise, unambiguous instructions
Proficiency in at least one programming language (language-agnostic mindset)
Solid understanding of:
LLM behavior, strengths, and limitations
Tokenization, context windows, cost/performance trade-offs
Hallucinations, bias, and output validation techniques
Technical Expertise
Experience with:
OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic / Google GenAI APIs
Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, OpenSearch)
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
Familiarity with:
APIs and microservices
SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience building enterprise GenAI solutions
Knowledge of evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs
Experience with document processing, summarization, contract analysis
Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in AI systems
Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps concepts
