Job Description
Graduate IT Service Manager (Senior Associate - P2) will Assist in managing the day-to-day delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with business needs and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key responsibilities include:
Build and maintain relationships with key IT contacts and business counterparts.
Represent our business teams and clients in key processes including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Build knowledge of SS&C technologies and applications.
Create management information/reporting for service review meetings.
Support requests for client oversight and due diligence through evidence gathering.
Promote SS&C technology innovation and support business goals and objectives.
