Job Title: Healthcare Certification PM
Locations: Kansas City, MO | Hybrid 6x a month

We are seeking a Healthcare disciplined Project Manager to strengthen SS&C Health's privacy program and Certification objectives. This role will work with support from the Compliance and IT organizations, in leading the project management effort including all scheduling, tracking of activities, requirements traceability, resource oversight, escalation, and reporting on current activity as well overall security and privacy initiatives in the future.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Lead Compliance projects by ensuring rigorous control of scope, schedule, risks, and costs associated with meeting regulatory requirements.
- Provide clear guidance and coordination of all aspects of the project goals while having the ability to manage issues on a complex project.
- Coordinate with third party assessor organization for HITRUST Certification to ensure proper vetting of requirements, gap analysis, and subsequent mitigation activity.
- Establish Security and Privacy Domain Control in Gap Analysis, Remediation, Testing/Evidence Collection, and Corrective Action phase activity.
- Effective in being able to work with internal, client, and third-party assessors clearly and professionally in all matters related to certification efforts.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, ISO along with maintaining operational continuity throughout project phases.
- Develop and track project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables, providing clear verbal and data reporting/metrics updates to leadership and stakeholders.
What You Will Bring:
- 4+ years of project management experience, with 2+ years in healthcare/hospital IT environments.
- Hands-on experience delivering Security/Privacy projects, including HITRUST, ITSM, HRSD, or ISO.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 4 years previous PM experience in leading similar high visibility certification
- Previous experience leading programs with ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks
- Previous involvement with SOC 1/SOC2, HIPAA, ISO, or privacy compliance assessments and audits.
- Extensive understanding of applying the QMS, Requirements Management, Change Control, and Risk Management in a complex regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of records management, policies and procedures, clinical operations, and healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
