Job Title: Implementation Consultant Advisor
Locations: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid)
About the Role
The Implementation Consultant Advisor will play a key role in guiding clients through the successful implementation of SS&C Retirement Solutions' products and services. This involves acting as a primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth transition, and maximizing client satisfaction.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead and manage all phases of client implementation projects, from initial discovery to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Conduct thorough client needs assessments to understand business requirements and tailor implementation strategies.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Configure and customize SS&C Retirement Solutions platforms to align with client specifications and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance and training to clients on product functionality, workflows, and system utilization.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal development, product, and support teams to resolve issues and address feedback.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during the implementation process.
- Document client configurations, processes, and solutions for ongoing support and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies throughout implementations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and tools.
Required Experience
- Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an implementation, consulting, or project management role, preferably within the financial services or retirement industry.
- Strong understanding of retirement plan administration, recordkeeping, and related regulations (e.g., ERISA, DOL).
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What Sets You Apart (preferred qualifications)
- Experience with SS&C products or similar financial technology platforms is a plus.
