What You Will Get To Do:

  • Campaign Execution and Management:
    • Be a marketing automation expert and go-to resource for global marketing and sales teams.
    • Project manage, execute, and deploy global marketing campaigns (including campaigns in other languages) within Marketo, Cvent, and ON24, ensuring flawless execution, completed approvals, and adherence to established timelines and best practices.
    • Design and implement automated lead nurturing workflows in Marketo, delivering personalized and relevant content to prospects based on their behavior, demographics, and stage in the buying cycle.
    • Continuously assess and optimize lead nurture paths, content assets, and messaging to drive higher engagement, conversion, and progression through the sales funnel.
  • Data Management:
    • Oversee data hygiene and segmentation within Marketo to ensure accurate audience targeting and personalized messaging.
    • Champion data quality and management to build the depth, breadth, and quality of the marketing database.
    • Audit smart campaigns and ensure seamless flow of data between all integrations.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Conduct A/B testing on Marketo emails and landing pages and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Generate and analyze regular reporting on effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs) to share program impact and key learnings with marketing stakeholders and partners.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics, including lead nurture engagement rates, conversion rates, and pipeline influence, and leverage insights to refine nurture strategies and tactics.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams, to align campaign objectives and messaging with broader business initiatives.
    • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
    • Advise on audience segmentation strategies to incorporate available demographic and behavioral criteria from multiple sources within the marketing data ecosystem for optimal messaging/relevance, design, and response optimization.
    • Recommend and implement advancing practices in marketing automation to push the boundaries of automation and marketing tech for dynamic/personalized content, segmentation, and data-driven strategies.
    • Keep up-to-date and adhere to digital marketing best practices, including usability, design/copywriting, privacy, and legislative policies.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a B2B marketing organization within SaaS, FinTech, Financial Services or Software organizations directly executing global campaigns in Marketo.
  • Excellent project management skills with exemplary attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet aggressive goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver clear and compelling presentations to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML coding.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of global data privacy laws, including but not limited to CCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.
  • Marketo Certified Expert certification required.

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. NY: Salary range for the position: 100,000 USD to 120,000 USD.
