What You Will Get To Do:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operational Incident Manager to join our team in the superannuation administration industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering incidents across multiple clients. This role requires strong operational incident management skills, superannuation experience, analytical skills, excellent time management, demonstrated experience coordinating multiple work items across teams and a commitment to upholding a positive risk culture.
- Support the Head of Operational Excellence and the business in executing the incident management process, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Lead end-to-end incident management including identification, assessment, remediation, and prevention of incidents and breaches
- Conduct investigations and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with various business units to ensure accurate and complete execution of remediation.
- Prepare reports and analyse trends in incidents to identify systemic issues and areas for improvement.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
