Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to contribute to our team at SS&C Fintech Svc India - Airoli. This role involves leveraging your expertise to support key financial technology services, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction within a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities**
* Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
* Develop and maintain robust reporting tools and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize financial technology solutions.
* Perform rigorous quality assurance and testing of new and existing systems and applications.
* Support clients and internal teams with technical queries and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices within the department.
* Adhere to all company policies, compliance regulations, and industry standards.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial technology sector, preferably within a fintech service provider.
* Proven experience with data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and financial modeling.
* Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
