SS&C is a leading provider of innovative cloud-based solutions, and we're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation multi-cloud AI gateway. Job Summary: We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to build and launch a multi-cloud AI gateway that enables businesses to deploy AI models across multiple cloud platforms, while ensuring security, governance, and compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, AI, and cloud computing, as well as experience with chatbots and conversational AI. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring the product to market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Vision and Strategy:- Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the multi-cloud AI gateway, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify trends and opportunities in the AI and cloud computing markets.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the multi-cloud AI gateway.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that the product meets the required functionality, performance, and quality standards.
- Design and implement guardrails for security and governance, ensuring that the product meets the highest standards of data protection, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure that the product is secure, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Leverage experience with chatbots and conversational AI to inform the development of the multi-cloud AI gateway.
- Identify opportunities to integrate chatbot and conversational AI capabilities into the product, enhancing user experience and engagement.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that the product is developed, launched, and marketed successfully.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features, resolve issues, and ensure that the product meets customer needs and expectations.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy and launch plan for the multi-cloud AI gateway.
- Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and market trends to inform product roadmap and future development.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, cloud computing, and software development.
- Proven experience with chatbots and conversational AI, including development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and IBM Cloud.
- Experience with security and governance frameworks, including compliance, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with product analytics and metrics, including usage tracking, customer feedback, and market research.
