Job Title: Program Manager
Locations: United States – Remote/Hybrid

How You Will Make an Impact
- Provides a process to coordinate activities to achieve a desired product, process, or service at the right time, for the right customer(s), within the resource limits.
- Manages or coordinates activities in support of a project, with distinct deliverables, start and end dates, budget and resources.
- Implement strategy, business objectives, customer requests, performance and operational enhancements. Applies knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities in order to meet or exceed business and stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Advanced professionals leading medium to large projects or working on complex or high-profile issues that require a broad perspective, conceptual thinking, and in-depth analysis to identify solutions.
- May also lead a process or function without direct reports.
- Demonstrates a depth and breadth of expertise within a discipline, and has a deep understanding of the business, financials, products/services, or market.
- Develop policies and procedures and recommends best practices.
- Advises and provides direction to more junior professionals.
Required Experience
- Minimally requires a Master's degree and 4 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience, or high school degree and 8 years of related experience.
