What You Will Get To Do:

• Lead and support core application environments across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Own environment stability, deployment readiness, and operational reliability.
• Provide technical leadership across CI/CD pipelines, automation, and release activities.
• Diagnose complex environment, infrastructure, and application issues across production and non-production systems.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, QAs, BAs, Architects, and Infrastructure teams.
• Utilise monitoring and observability tools to analyse performance and incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high-quality operational documentation.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong experience supporting enterprise application environments.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins and Git-based workflows.
• Solid scripting capabilities (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with application servers including IIS, JBoss, and Apache.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, certificates, and authentication flows.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, configuration, and application layers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Prior Knowledge and Skills:

• Monitoring and observability tools such as Elastic and Dynatrace.
• Database and programming competence including C#, Python, MS SQL, and Oracle SQL.
• Experience with secure file transfer and key-based authentication.
• Understanding of release, change, and incident management processes.
• Exposure to financial services or wealth management systems is desirable.
• Experience working in geographically distributed teams.
