Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Locations: Kansas City, MO | Braintree, MA | Hybrid

The Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst supports the Chief Compliance Office in executing our core regulatory compliance program for transfer agency and our fund clients. The role focuses on regulatory filings, escheatment, tax and withholding compliance, risk management, and support of fraud, privacy, and identity verification controls. The analyst also supports governance committees, including the RCAG, CCO Forum, and Privacy Committee, and participates in relevant industry associations to monitor evolving regulatory trends.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Prepare and file Form TA-1, TA-2, and related regulatory submissions.
  • Support compliance with SEC Rule 17Ad-17 for lost securityholders and unresponsive payees.
  • Oversee state escheatment and withholding obligations, including management of penalty notices and abatement correspondence.
  • Collaborate with operations, and client service teams to ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting.
  • Support fraud prevention and AML compliance program activities, including sanctions screening, FinCEN 314(a) reporting, and identity theft prevention compliance.
  • Contribute to privacy and data protection initiatives, including Reg S-P readiness and Data Privacy Committee activities.
  • Execute 38a-1 compliance processes, including control documentation, evidence collection, and testing.
  • Manage and respond to client due diligence and information requests.
  • Support ACH oversight, BCP documentation, and incident testing.
  • Coordinate materials and reporting for RCAG, CCO Forum, and Privacy Committee meetings.
  • Participate in industry association committees and working groups to inform compliance practices and regulatory readiness.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 8–15 years' experience in transfer agency, mutual fund, or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of SEC transfer agent regulations, AML/OFAC, FinCEN, Reg S-P, 38a-1, privacy, and state escheatment requirements.
  • Experience with tax reporting, 17Ad-17 compliance, and regulatory filings.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in cross-functional collaboration and industry association participation.
