Solution Consultant – Enterprise (SS&C Blue Prism)

Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level Solution Consultant to join our growing team at SS&C Blue Prism. This role focuses on delivering business value through intelligent automation, helping clients (particularly in regulated industries such as banking, finance, healthcare, insurance) identify, design, and scale automation use cases using the SS&C Blue Prism & Chorus platforms. Understanding artificial intelligence, machine learning and generative AI is essential to the future success of the role as the technology landscape evolves in these domains. You'll play a critical role in the pre-sales cycle and act as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on outcomes such as ROI, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Client Discovery & Value Mapping: Engage with client stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities across business units
  • Solution Design: Create value-based intelligent automation proposals aligned with business objectives using SS&C Blue Prism
  • Business Case Development: Build ROI models, cost-benefit analyses, and transformation roadmaps that link automation to measurable business KPIs
  • Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with internal and Partner sales teams to deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Industry-Specific Use Cases: Leverage deep understanding of regulated industry business processes to propose automation opportunities relevant to compliance-heavy and high-volume operations
  • Stakeholder Management: Work directly with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure solutions are scoped accurately and aligned with expectations
  • Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with platform enhancements, artificial intelligence advancements, automation trends, and competitor offerings to maintain relevance and drive innovation
  • Sales Enablement: Support partner and direct sales channels with messaging, positioning, and proposal inputs throughout the sales cycle
  • Sales Management: I high degree of autonomy is expected with respect to managing the internal and external dynamics of sales cycle and the accurate tracking and reporting thereof.

Key Competencies & Preferred Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • Intelligent Automation & AI: Practical experience applying automation and AI to solve business challenges
  • RPA & BPM: Foundational understanding of Robotic Process Automation and Business Process Management concepts, and the way in which they cooperate for maximum business impact.
  • SS&C Blue Prism Ecosystem: Familiarity with digital workers, integrations, object reuse, and hybrid automation models
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Experience operating solutions on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Artificial Intelligence: Experience in LLM types, training methodologies, right-sizing usage, governance, risk and compliance concerns, industry direction of travel and dynamics. Understanding machine Learning models, fitness for purpose of model types, classes of problems addressable through machine learning. 

Sales & Business Acumen

  • Sales Support: Proven ability to directly support the sales cycle, including articulation of automation platform capabilities and stakeholder presentations, adapting messaging to the audience.
  • Consultative Selling: Ability to tailor solutions to regulated industries, manage objections, and align business priorities with technical capabilities
  • Partner Ecosystem Management: Experience collaborating with technology partners and system integrators to expand reach and drive joint value

Industry Knowledge & Certifications

  • Blue Prism Enterprise: Knowledge and awareness of Blue Prism V7, Decision, Interact, Hub, Smart vision, and Chorus.
  • CRM: Exposure to Salesforce for the purpose of managing opportunities, quotes and contacts.
  • Regional Experience: Experience working in the GCC region, with an understanding of local business culture and compliance environments

Soft Skills

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Strong track record of working across sales, technical, and delivery functions, in person and remotely.
  • Leadership in Execution: Capable of leading workshops, discovery sessions, and independent assessments, to obtain required information.
  • Multilingual Communication: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an advantage for the wider company, working across diverse client landscapes

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years' experience in an automation advisory role, managing clients, developing or influencing automation use cases and outcomes at various point in the product and sales lifecycle.
  • Passionate about helping businesses unlock value through digital transformation
  • Comfortable operating between business and technology conversations
  • Analytical, persuasive, and outcome-driven
  • Self-starter that can execute independently on a given brief.
