Job Description

• Manage the payroll process for company and its affiliates by coordinating with internal teams and payroll vendor.
• Ensure payroll related compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements like Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Professional Tax etc.. including tax laws.
• Preparing the journal entries for payroll & benefits and co-ordination with internal teams and actuaries for the annual actuarial valuation exercise.
• Preparation of monthly P&L and Balance schedules for payroll and treasury related.   
• Maintain accurate payroll and benefit payout reports and analysis, providing insights into payroll trends
• Liaise with corporate treasury teams and the banks for statutory, vendors and payroll payments. 
• Co-ordinate with banks for clearing the EDPMS/BOE/IRMS etc.
• Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, address audit findings and implement corrective actions as required
• Resolve employee payroll issues, discrepancies and concerns in a timely manner.
