  • Develop long-term architectural roadmaps that balance innovation with maintainability and performance.
  • Lead the design and development of system architectures that support high-availability, low-latency, and fault-tolerant solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure architecture meets business needs and is scalable for future growth.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on architectural choices and supporting informed decision-making.

Risk Management & Problem Solving:

  • Lead post-incident reviews to diagnose root causes, implementing improvements to architecture, processes, and monitoring to prevent future issues.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership or architecture role.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining observability stacks, with expertise in tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK Stack, and other open-source technologies.
