What You Will Get To Do:

The technical services administrator will undertake the following duties:

  • Monitor and manage batch processing to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Handle end-of-financial-year platform processes.
  • Ensure compliance with SuperStream data and payment standards.
  • Manage updates to platform rates.
  • Process and report on TAL insurance payments.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in superannuation processes.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of superannuation data.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and business verification testing.
  • Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with AML/CTF.
  • Manage insurance processes for both platform and non-platform providers.
  • Handle bulk uploads for various processes.
  • Manage invoicing for administration fees, agency fees, and insurance fees across all funds.
  • Monitor and manage insurance lapses for all funds.
  • Process direct debits and manage chargebacks.
  • Identify and resolve possible duplicate entries.
  • Manage Member Account Attribute Service (MAAS) and Member Account Transaction Service (MATS) processes.
  • Handle reporting requirements for Centrelink.
  • Manage annual PAYG reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute annual statements.
  • Manage processes related to unclaimed super money.
  • Address enquiries related to regulatory reporting.
  • Coordinate annual mailouts, including salary data requests for employer plan insurance members.
  • Prepare and manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in a technical support or system administration role, preferably within the superannuation or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of superannuation systems and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensuring accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and increase efficiency.
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Experience in managing projects and coordinating with different teams
