Overview

The Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA)'s Health Access Eligibility & Enrollment Unit (HAEEU) is seeking a qualified individual to join their dynamic team. Enjoy a balanced work/life schedule with a Monday-Friday workweek and eleven paid state holidays, along with a comprehensive benefits package. We currently operate on a hybrid model with three days in-office, though this schedule is subject to change.

 

Job Duties:

VHC Business Process Coordinator Responsibilities:
· Design and implement business processes supporting projects and policy changes for the DVHA Health Care Eligibility and Enrollment Unit.
· Ensure accurate documentation of new operational processes.
· Communicate changes promptly to relevant stakeholders to support training.
· Review and provide feedback on all HAEEU training materials.
· Store and maintain documentation for easy staff access.
· Provide operational leadership aligned with VHC's mission, vision, and core values.

Environmental Factors

Duties are performed in a standard office setting. Some travel may be necessary, for which private transportation must be available.

Minimum Qualifications

Two (2) or more years of experience in a human services environment, working with programs governed by complex rules, regulations, and technology systems and one (1) year of business process development or technical writing.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Oracle/Seibel operating systems strongly preferred.
