
Description
The 2025 full-time analyst will join Stifel's St. Louis office as a member of the Real Estate Team. Analysts will participate in the CY'25 Training Program in August for three weeks in NYC. An Analyst's specific responsibilities may include conducting industry research, building financial models to analyze company projections or potential transactions, drafting client presentation materials, and participating in client calls or meetings.
The primary role of the Analyst includes:
- Support deal teams in creating, maintaining and utilizing complex financial models
- Perform financial and valuation analysis such as discounted cash flow analysis and multiple valuation analysis
- Conduct company and industry research and gain in-depth understanding of sector trends
- Prepare client presentation materials in coordination with internal deal team and clients
- Develop a deep understanding of Investment Banking product and services
Analyst candidates should possess outstanding academic records and have demonstrated strong leadership ability through involvement in extracurricular endeavors such as student government, athletics, and cultural and entrepreneurial activities.

Required Qualifications
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2024 – May 2025
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 or above
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
