Description

The Adoption & Change Management Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring successful implementation and user adoption of IT initiatives. This role focuses on the people side of change by developing strategies, communications, and training that help users transition smoothly and embrace new technologies and processes.



What We're Looking For

  • Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with project goals.
  • Create and deliver clear, engaging communications to support awareness and readiness.
  • Coordinate training efforts, including materials, logistics, and scheduling.
  • Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to tailor change approaches.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business units, and IT teams to align adoption efforts.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and feedback to continuously improve strategies.
  • Support resistance management and coach teams through transitions.
  • Maintain centralized documentation and contribute to ACM frameworks and best practices.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Preferred: 1+ years' of IT related experience.


Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: None.


Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with training platforms and survey tools (e.g., LMS, Forms).
