The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) builds and maintains long-term relationships with high net worth clients by being their key point of contact for their investment needs. The CRM develops client's financial profiles and will lead client meetings on behalf of, or in conjunction with the Financial Advisor (FA). This position will fulfill some administrative duties for the FA.



What We're Looking For

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high net worth clients and be the key point of contact maintaining continual interactive dialogue.
  • Develop client's financial profile with respect to personal risk tolerance and financial status to determine investment objectives and craft comprehensive financial strategies in the best interest of the client.
  • Prepare for high net worth client meetings and lead the meeting on behalf of, or in conjunction with, the Financial Advisor; domestic travel may be required.
  • Research and investigate client queries and other escalated business issues; use independent judgement to develop a strategic response and action plan.
  • Accept and enter all types of unsolicited orders directly from clients as well as entering all types of solicited and unsolicited orders at the direction of the Financial Advisor.
  • Solicit orders to clients at the direction of the Financial Advisor.
  • Assist with administrative functions not limited to processing account and transaction documentation, disbursements, and maintenance of client information.
  • Identify matters that require escalation including suspicious activity, customer complaints, trading errors, and violation of industry regulation or Firm policy.


What You'll Bring

  • Proven success in establishing rapport with clients; building and maintaining a mutually beneficial, long-term relationships.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing; especially information that is not easily understood.
  • In-depth understanding of the Financial Services industry, domestic and international markets, and applicable regulatory environment.
  • Integrity to perform job functions ethically within the boundaries of the regulatory environment.


Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: Associates Degree or equivalent financial services experience
  • Minimum Required: 5-10 years' Financial Services/Brokerage experience


Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: Series 7 and Series 63 or 66


Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
