Description

The Grant Compliance Associate will review, research, and document nonprofit organizations for grant eligibility and compliance with IRS regulations. This role requires attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong communication skills.



What We're Looking For

  • Receive assignment of work and processes in a timely manner, in accordance with program policy and procedures.
  • Review and research nonprofit organizations for compliance and eligibility in accordance with program compliance.
  • Review and research grant requests for IRS compliance.
  • Provide high level client service through written and verbal interaction with the team, branch partners, and nonprofit organizations throughout the United States.
  • Cross-train to cover other operations roles for vacation and high-volume overflow.
  • Work within a team environment supporting a growing program.


What You'll Bring

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply nonprofit compliance regulations.


Education & Experience

  • Minimum required: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum Preferred: Internship or administrative experience is a plus.

  • Required: None


Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
