
Description
The HRIS Systems Administrator is responsible for analyzing, evaluating and maintaining employee data in the Firm's Human Resources Information Systems. This position will serve as Tier 2 Support for escalations from HR Operations. This position collaborates with other members of the HRIS and HR teams to facilitate accurate and efficient audit reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Human Resource Information Systems, including researching and resolving end-user issues, system problems/unexpected results, and process flaws.
- Routinely review and analyze system issues and/or defects for trends and identify solutions to resolve the root causes.
- Execute system imports/exports and data audits; maintain table set-up as needed.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and guidance as the HRIS/HR Operations/vendor liaison.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot user and system issues including data errors and integration issues.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of data through the enforcement of procedures and standards and proper security role assignment.
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Develop and maintain system related documentation, including documentation for technical specifications, configuration, and testing and documentation for issues and the associated solutions implemented.

- Working Knowledge of SaaS applications, databases, reporting tools, and IT infrastructure.

- Demonstrated organizational, prioritization and attention to detail skills to allow for timely, effective and accurate performance of job duties.

- Occasionally work outside of regular hours to assist in meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate impeccable integrity in confidential matters.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent working experience
- Minimum Required: 1 year HRIS/HR experience preferably in support of an organization's Human Capital Management Software or Enterprise Resource Planning
Licenses & Credentials
- Minimum Required: None
Systems & Technology
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP function, and formula writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience administering UKG Pro (formerly Ultipro) preferred
- Experience with Cognos BI preferred
