Summary
The Multi-Operations Security Specialist will be responsible for daily operation of the company's security protocols and systems designed to safeguard employees, customers, and operations. The Specialist will be integral in the development and implementation of enterprise policy, process, training and procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with implementing security policies, protocol and procedures.
- Transport business executives on a daily basis to and from business engagements.
- Maximize the executives time through intel of local areas and potential transportation impacts.
- Lead and manage projects to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction and motivation to ensure project goals.
- Researching, writing and helping to implement procedure standards for a specific project, as well as revising and modifying existing operation manuals.
- Create, develop and deployed security education program across the enterprise.
- Interact with vendors to develop cutting edge security concepts.
- Manage and train contract security officers to ensure standardized service delivery.
- Manage life safety policies and protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong background in change management.
- Strong background in route, travel, and destination security assessment for executive transportation.
- Extensive background in St. Louis Metropolitan areas, to include traffic patterns, road construction delays, etc.
- Solid liaison relationships with local, county, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
- Proficiency in problem solving in an enterprise environment.
- Proven effectiveness in development and deployment of security training on large scale environment.
- High level of independent judgement.
- High ability to compare and evaluate possible courses of conduct and act or make a decision after you consider all of the various possibilities.
- Flexibility to make sound decisions with incomplete information regarding executive protection needs.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum Required: 10 + years of law enforcement experience
Licenses & Credentials
- Clean driving record.
- Class E drivers license, or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Designated as HR-218 with the ability to carry concealed in all 50 states.
Systems & Technology
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
- Proficient with card access management systems.
- Proficient with video surveillance management.
