
Description
The Trust Client Support Specialist provides assistance to Stifel Charitable clients regarding online account access, new account documentation, and general client support.
What We're Looking For
- Assist clients with logging into and navigating the online account portal.
- Review and process client documentation for new account set up and maintenance.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, branches, and internal teams via phone and email.
- Ensure all client requests comply with company policies and procedures.
- Cross-train on additional operations roles to provide coverage during peak periods.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to support a growing program.
What You'll Bring

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and follow financial service regulations and procedures.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Preferred: Customer service or administrative experience is a plus.
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
