Description

The Trust Client Support Specialist provides assistance to Stifel Charitable clients regarding online account access, new account documentation, and general client support.

• Assist clients with logging into and navigating the online account portal.
• Review and process client documentation for new account set up and maintenance.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, branches, and internal teams via phone and email.
• Ensure all client requests comply with company policies and procedures.
• Cross-train on additional operations roles to provide coverage during peak periods.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to support a growing program.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and follow financial service regulations and procedures.

• Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Preferred: Customer service or administrative experience is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
