  Compensation Analyst

Sunstate Equipment Co.: Where Safety and People are Core Values

We care about our People, and it shows!

Hiring Immediately; Pay dependent on experience; Salary + Annual Bonus, PAID WEEKLY!

Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday Typical hours 8-5

Sunstate Equipment is searching for a Compensation Analyst who can bring analytical rigor, process thinking, and a passion for fair and competitive pay to our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands how compensation programs work, especially in sales-driven environments, and knows how to leverage tools and systems to make them run smoothly.

What You'll Do:

·       Analyze compensation data to ensure our sales teams are paid fairly, competitively, and on time.

·       Administer and optimize tools used for sales incentive and bonus compensation

·       Partner with HR, Finance, and Sales leaders to support merit cycles, job evaluations, and compensation planning.

·       Conduct market research and benchmarking to keep our pay practices aligned with industry trends.

·       Maintain clean, accurate data in HRIS and compensation systems, and generate reports that drive smart decisions.

·       Help communicate compensation programs clearly to managers and employees.

What You Bring:

·       5+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a related field

·       Sales comp experience is a big plus.

·       Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and systems (e.g., HRIS, sales comp tools).

·       A process-oriented mindset—you love improving workflows and making things more efficient.

·       Excellent communication skills and a high level of discretion with sensitive information.

·       A degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

·       Bonus points for a CCP or similar compensation certification.

What This Role Isn't:

This is not a system developer or IT role. You won't be writing code or building software from scratch, but you will be the go-to expert for how our compensation systems are used and optimized.

Why Join Us?

You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking HR team that values innovation, fairness, and continuous improvement. We offer competitive pay, great benefits, and the opportunity to make a real impact on how we reward and recognize our people.
