Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, manage and support national account sales representatives.
- Develop business plans and strategies for the company's national accounts program.
- Communicate sales strategies and collaborate on the execution of those strategies with the rest of the organization.
- Accountable for achieving business performance targets on revenue and profitability.
- Manage the negotiations on supplier agreements.
- Live and promote the Company Core Values.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Superior communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
- Top planning skills and the ability to translate plans into actions.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Previous sales and sales management experience with large accounts.
- Must be able to meet performance, productivity and efficiency standards
