  Position Summary The Regional People Services Manager partners closely with regional leaders to provide both strategic and hands-on support across all areas of People Services. This role is a trusted advisor to management and employees, driving initiatives in talent management, employee relations, coaching and development, compensation, performance management, and safety. This position plays a critical role in shaping a high-performing, engaged workforce while ensuring People Services strategies align with Sunstate's business objectives and growth initiatives   What You'll Do
